Wilcox with the Stepkids
That's a two pigeons with a stone hit, put it like this.
The Wilcox Sessions are such a romantic way of expression.
In a day-in day-out world, Dick and Beaver invite their fav acts
in their living room to play some music, and they shoot the performances.
That kind of stuff where you take your shoes off and enjoy the ritual.
They've recently invited the Stepkids.
The new act from Stones Throw aint really new to the SB aficionados,
as well as to the ropes of the music business, these guys being seasoned musicians. Thought their buzz is, after all, a little smaller than they deserve, their music is worth a mention and a good listen.
They move beyond wastelandz of definition and genres, subtly, swiftly.
With a certain grace, which is what these musical days lack, somehow.
In a week or so they will be releasing their debut via PBW's label.
We'll see how they'll pass the long playing test.
Keep you posted.
Out like garbage in suburbs.
